There’s no safe investment you can get

From a stranger you met online.

I’m so sickened by the amount of scammed people. Majority are elderly and they just wanna invest so they don’t have to work.

If you really want to know you need to trade on US based exchanges. That way you can run after your money if sometbing goes wrong.

How do you know it’s a legitimate US based exchange? You can use chat gpt but make sure to ask it to fully verify it. If it gives you an unsure answer, don’t proceed.

That’s it folks. Not a single legitimate professional will ever use the words “WhatsApp” or “telegram” to communicate with you.

I get also we get lonely and vulnerable to predators (fake personas). But you will end up getting very hurt if you allow it to happen.

If you’ve already sent money and wanna recoup- understand that this is not probably possible if the exchange is not on the US. If the crime happened here, there is the extraterritorial reach (or long arm of the law) and they’ll locate that person somewhere in the vast earth. But if you randomly trusted a person over WhatsApp or telegram, accept this as a “charge to experience”.

Never attempt to recoup losses by paying those “bounty hunters” who promise you to get your funds back. You’ll lose more money. Likely they work with the person who scammed you.

There is a saying “hope is the biggest scammer.”

I worked in this industry for the past 10 years, but I was scammed back when I was a teenager. Never again.
