Random USDC spawned in my wallet but Only in phone app

Good day everybody, I was questioning if anyone might clarify what occurs, I created account long time in the past. haven't used it for a while, at present I did my transaction normally and bought by USDT. I have no different belongings in any way however on Telephone app it exhibits I've 10 USDC , says USDC token, However once I open Binance on browser I don't have any USDC. Telephone says it's on Polygon network. I'm new on this, is it some sort of pretend token or IDK. Thanks
