I trasferred payment to another binance account but the TXID is not showing.

I just lately transferred 60USD to my employer’s binance account. They are asking me the TXID to course of my advance cost however it isn't displaying within the cost historical past. The transaction says it is profitable but my employer stated that it is going to be refunded as a result of they cant get the handle and will probably be refunded. How true is this?

I'm new to binance so pleasw assist me out.
