I can not understand " buy/sell" prices on USDT p2p vs "buy/sell" for USD in casual exchange point

Hey, I have simply observed one factor and received confused. " Purchase/ promote" is like swapped on p2p

If individual go to trade point to get USD , supplier sells USD by " promote " worth ( individual purchase by promote worth) , and individual may give his USD to provider by " purchase " worth . Logically " sell worth " is greater

On p2p : individual purchase USDT from different users by " buy" worth ( not " sell") and individual promote USDT with "promote " worth.

Here "sell" worth is lower, "purchase " greater
