How to merge 2 existing accounts?

Whats up guys,

I created two account accidentally and need to know if it’s potential to merge them together.

My foremost account is related with my ID-Card, but I don’t have anything deposited there.

All of my coins are on my second account, but I can’t transfer them to my essential account or sell them, as a result of I've to go through the account verification process first. My drawback is that the verification course of is all the time failing as a result of my ID is already related to my principal account.

Does anybody know the way to clear up this difficulty? I couldn’t find a help mail handle, perhaps anyone right here may also help me out.
